31 weeks!

Baby is as big as a?  HEAD OF LETTUCE (19in, 3.9lbs)
Maternity clothes? yup.  finally there.
Best moment this week:  Finding the stroller we were going to buy on Craigslist!  It's been used like once and there was every attachment included.  We saved ourselves about $300.  Score!!
Most pregnant moment this week:  My preggo brain has completely taken over!  I've turned into a complete nutcase.  Here's some stories:
-I got the money from the bank before I went to pick up the stroller.  I proceeded to count the money and put the remainder in my wallet and got in my car.  The poor nice man had to chase me down because I short handed him $100!  Seriously?  I had no idea.  And why did I not realize I shouldn't have had any change left over since I got the exact amount out.  
-Kinda gross but at the doctor we have to give a urine sample every visit.  I proceeded to go to the bathroom and well... go to the bathroom.  I walked out, saw the nurse waiting for me, and died laughing!  Seriously?!  What was that?  Luckily being pregnant I have to go every 5 mins so it wasn't a problem.  Just gave everyone a good laugh.

Sleep: Well I'm on maternity leave and Jesse is gone.  I've slowly got in the habit of going to bed at 3am and waking up at about 11am.  Kinda ridiculous.

Movement:  Like crazy.  She loves my ribs.
Food cravings:  POPTARTS!  Best things in the world

Anything making your queasy or sick?  No.  Thankfully that has finally passed.  Hopefully won't come back again
Symptoms: Acid reflux is no bueno

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy!  I get to see my husband tomorrow for the first time in 5 and a half weeks.  AND it's our one year anniversary!  Crazy how time flies.
Looking forward to: Seeing my husband.  And having him talk to the baby again.  I hate that she hasn't heard his voice in so long.  I wonder how she will react to it!

I've heard of the belly being a shelf for a lot of things
but never for your dog.

I thought I would have more nursery shots by now but it's kinda a disaster.

I think I want to start selling the onsies-- we'll see.
First I need to learn how to sew the edges.

Craft Day!

Is there seriously anything better than having a craft day with a friend?  

Kathryn came over the other day and we spent the afternoon making headbands.  It's my new favorite pass time.   Kathryn has a nice collection of elastic lace and buttons and cute fabrics.   She also has good knowledge of how to make bows using hot glue!  

Here's our finish products:

I'm going to have to go shopping for outfits just to match these cuties.  The blue rosettes I found at Michaels.  They were a set of 6 of them on clearance for only $1.50.  The plaid headband I bought at the dollar store and fixed it up a touch.  Kathryn made the black and white bow using only hot glue (it was very impressive) and the little grey headband at the top right is made out of an old t-shirt.  Very fun!

Here's a few I made the other day by myself:

The solid headbands I found at the dollar store.  They came in a pack of 5 and were the perfect infant size.  The grey rosettes were off of an old dress I had and the pink one I bought at Michaels a while ago. 

 One day I will figure out how to make my own.  

I can't wait to see my little one in these things!

How far along? 28w4d

Baby is as big as a?  SMALL CABBAGE (17in, 2.9lbs)
Maternity clothes? A combo of maternity clothes and regular clothes.  I finally bought maternity jeans and wore them on my flight home... then my pen exploded all over my lap!  It was not a good moment.
Best moment this week: Clearing everything out of the nursery except baby things.  Now the fun can finally begin

Sleep: I've been staying up late every night now because my child has decided that midnight is a great time to have a dance party in my belly.

Movement:  Last week I was sitting at dinner with some of my friends and I looked down just in time to see her roll from one side of my stomach to the other.  That was weird.
Food cravings:  Banana pancakes.

Anything making your queasy or sick?  Everything.  This has been a rough week.

Happy or Moody most of the time: I've been lonely most of the time!  Jesse is in Naknek commercial fishing until the 23rd.  I went back home to Ohio for over a week to visit family and friends and he left a few days before I got home so we aren't seeing each other for 5 1/2 weeks total! 
Looking forward to: Finding out if I passed my glucose test or not.  Oh, and I get another ultra sound in two weeks!  I only hope she moves around more and shows us her face-- too bad I can't schedule an appointment at midnight
